What’s Next!
At agiledoyens, LLC we live and breathe the very principles we coach other organizations to follow. We believe that professional and personal growth is best achieved by working on Teams that never stop asking “what’s next?”. Continuous improvement applies not only to the Products and Services we offer but extends to every agiledoyens day-to-day mindset.

Want to be a Doyen?
We know that diverse and dispersed Teams perform best when they are constantly challenged to put the Team ahead of individual glory. We encourage our people to constantly learn new skills and demonstrate their mastery of all agiledoyens Products and Services offerings. This company culture inspires our people to not just be employees, but agiledoyens – the most respected and prominent people in a particular field.

Our Values
agiledoyens are expected to uphold the organization’s culture through application of six guiding Values. Day-to-day application of these Values is what defines all agiledoyens.
Integrity
Being honest and having strong moral principles is expected from everyone that works at agiledoyens, LLC. Leading by example and demonstrating integrity daily is expected with our customers and with each other. Doyens are expected to operate under the belief that respect is earned, not given, and it is their responsibility to earn that respect from everyone.
Vision
All agiledoyens must be able to effectively communicate their vision regarding how they are going to achieve their goals. A vision needs to have a sense of direction. It will not be acceptable to tell a customer “Deploy more often”. A vision needs to also explain the how; “We can deploy more often by creating a robust automated testing process and CI/CD best practices.”
Passion
agiledoyensneed to be passionate about their vision and how they will achieve the goals they set out for themselves and our customers.
Courage
agiledoyens will be encouraged to be risk-takers and not be afraid of failure. They must also have courage to step outside their comfort zone to take on something in an area that they are not familiar with.
Good Judgement
Good agiledoyens can identify and courageously escalate problems to ask for help. Great agiledoyens will also be able to suggest cost-effective solutions to solve those problems. That is not as easy as it sounds and requires good judgement to properly evaluate options.
Emotional Awareness
Every agiledoyens should identify and understand their own strengths and weaknesses so that they constantly challenge themselves to improve on their weaknesses. Understanding how others feel about a certain situation can provide insight into their motivations and influence positive outcomes.
Benefits
We are committed to having a culture where everyone feels challenged and free of discrimination.
We are 100% work-from-home but constantly connected through technology.
We believe that every doyen’s work ethic does not compromise a healthy work-life balance.
