We help organizations configure their tools to support their Agile process and their end-to-end value stream. This may include integrations with other Application Lifecycle Management tools.

Training Content

Our goal with training is to not only give teams the basics of why Agile works but how to execute their Agile process using their Agile Management tool. We finish the training around lunch time on Friday and the expectation is that the team is fully trained and ready to start working on the following Monday.

Agenda

Day 1 = Agile overview, Product lifecycle
Day 2 = Initiative preparation, Feature preparation
Day 3 = Feature spikes, Development workflow
Day 4 = Deployment, CI/CD, Feature Go Live, Initiative Post Go Live
Day 5 = Defect management

Pricing

Workshop

  • $1,500 USD per day plus travel & expenses
  • Usually 1-2 days in duration

Tool Configuration

  • $150 USD per hour
  • Estimates to be provided after workshop

Training

  • $6,000 USD for 1 week plus travel & expenses
