Transition and Assess

The first step in the agile transformation journey is to identify that there is a need to transition from existing processes and culture to something that fosters business agility. The agile transformation workshop begins the assessment part of the ACT approach.

Workshop agenda

  1. Establish an agile Center of Excellence (aCE)
  2. Schedule a series of business agility transition sessions
  3. Discuss the genesis of change. What is the burning platform that has ignited the need for an agile transformation within the organization
  4. Clarify the short and long-term vision for the agile transformation that will enable the organization to be fit-for-purpose and built-to-last
  5. Determine the primary Agile methodology that will be used
  6. Define the Customer Value Stream and demand process for the selected pilot Product Group
  7. Identify the Services necessary to support the Customer Value Stream
  8. Define the Workflows necessary for each Service
  9. Identify Classes of Service and corresponding Workflow exceptions
  10. Tools need to support the process. We can help configure your tooling ecosystem to support the output of the workshops.
