Our goal with coaching is to initially lead by example, but in time allow individuals within the organization to become the master and instill a self-managing, continuous improvement culture. The duration of this evolutionary path will vary from one organization to another.

Coaching path

Our coaching path starts with understanding the long-term vision and we design solutions with that vision in mind. We then work backwards and implement a plan that allows teams to adapt and evolve toward the vision.

  • Set up the factory floor (configure tooling ecosystem)
  • Train all the Agile Teams within the pilot Product Group (Agile training in tool)
  • Coach the teams to be self-managing
  • Measure performance with data-driven metrics
  • Assess the teams performance
  • Lean processes and remove variation
  • Instill a continuous improvement culture
  • Identify a new Master
  • Expand to other Product Groups and other parts of the organization
