Learn from a doyen

Our goal with training is to not only provide teams the basic understandings of why Agile works, but how to execute their Agile processes using their Agile Management tools. Upon completion of the training the expectation is that the Agile Teams are ready to start working the following day.

Training agenda

People are lucky to retain 20% of what they learn in a typical two-day Agile training class. The classes are often supplemented with exercises that support the theoretical content, but there is no practical application of what they are learning to their day-to-day activities.

Our training is only four hours long and is taught using the organization’s configured Agile tools. We show people how to execute their work from ideation to delivery through the application of Agile best practices and ways-of-working in their tools.

This approach gets people working quickly, but ultimately will only be successful if the training is immediately followed by coaching from a doyen. People learn how to execute Agile well from continuous learning, not from sitting a class.
